Registration drive aims to help 400+ allottees of flats and villas complete their property deeds, with simplified one-stop services at the BDA head office.
The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has announced a two-week sale deed registration mela for its housing properties, including flats and villas, to be held between October 3 and 16 at the BDA head office.

The initiative comes as a relief to more than 400 allottees who have received allotment letters but are yet to register their homes. The mela is designed to streamline the process by offering one-stop registration services.
In its press note, BDA urged homebuyers to complete their full payments by September 30 and come prepared with the required documents: Aadhaar card, PAN card, self-affidavit, bank NOC, and a photo attestation form. Registrations will be handled strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

Officials said the drive will make it easier for buyers to secure their property rights without delays. By condensing the process into a focused timeline, the BDA expects to clear long-pending registrations, easing the path for buyers to take lawful ownership of their homes.
