According to the complaint, the inspector allegedly promised to marry the woman, help her secure a house, and even open a beauty parlour for her. The woman also alleged that the inspector recorded private videos and used them to blackmail and threaten her with death if she revealed their interactions. The survivor produced WhatsApp chats and video call records that she claims prove their relationship. Messages reportedly sent by the inspector include “You are love, my sweetheart,” while her messages, “Chinni, miss you”, were allegedly met with his reply, “Me too.”
