The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has announced extensive special bus services to manage the festive rush during the Mysuru Dasara celebrations (Nadahabba) scheduled from September 22 to October 2, 2025.
To facilitate smooth travel, KSRTC will operate over 2,300 additional buses connecting various districts and neighboring states. The special services are scheduled on September 26, 27, 30, and will also extend to October 2 and 5, catering to the surge of passengers.

Services will operate from Kempegowda Bus Stand, Mysore Road Bus Stand, and Shantinagar BMTC Bus Stand in Bengaluru, covering routes across Karnataka including Dharmasthala, Kukke Subrahmanya, Sringeri, Horanadu, Shivamogga, Madikeri, Mangaluru, Davangere, Gokarna, Kollur, Hubballi, Dharwad, Belagavi, Vijayapura, Karwar, Ballari, Hosapete, Kalaburagi, Raichur, and others.
Interstate routes will connect Bengaluru to Hyderabad, Chennai, Ooty, Kodaikanal, Salem, Tiruchirappalli, Madurai, Pudukkottai, Panaji, and further to Shirdi, Pune, Ernakulam, and Palakkad.
260 additional buses will operate from Bengaluru to Mysuru
For Mysuru-bound passengers, 260 additional buses will operate from Bengaluru, specifically targeting tourist and religious destinations including Chamundi Hills, KRS Dam/Brindavan Gardens, Srirangapatna, Nanjangud, Mandya, Malavalli, H.D. Kote, Chamarajanagar, Hunsur, K.R. Nagar, and Gundlupet. In total, 610 special buses will serve the Mysuru region during the festival.
Adding convenience for air travelers, direct KSRTC and FlyBus services will operate between Kempegowda International Airport and Mysuru. A one-day special package is also being introduced for tourists visiting Mysuru during Dasara.
