Centred on the theme “Workforce 2030: Scale, Systems, Synergy,” the summit will spotlight strategies to build a future-ready talent pool. The state, which already accounts for nearly ₹4.11 lakh crore or about 43 per cent of India’s total software exports in FY 2023–24, is aiming to become a $1 trillion economy by 2032. Through BSS, Karnataka seeks to reinforce its status as a global talent hub while addressing workforce requirements in artificial intelligence, green jobs, Industry 4.0, and the digital economy.
Institutional and industry partnerships
The event will bring together stakeholders from government, industry, and academia to share knowledge and establish collaborative frameworks. Discussions will cover institutional and industry partnerships, successful skilling models, and innovative pathways to engage youth and job seekers. A significant highlight will be the unveiling of Karnataka’s new Skill Policy, which is expected to guide future skilling initiatives across the state.
The summit is being organised by the Karnataka Skill Development Corporation (KSDC) under the Karnataka Skill Development Authority (KSDA), with support from the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM) as Knowledge Partner and Trescon Global Business Solutions as Event Organiser.
