Kempegowda International Airport (KIA), operated by Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL), has unveiled a new loyalty initiative named Pulse Rewards, aimed at enhancing passenger engagement and travel experiences.

The programme allows travellers to accumulate and redeem reward points across retail stores, food and beverage outlets, duty-free shopping, lounges, and the BLR Pulse mobile application. For every transaction at participating outlets, members will earn two percent of their spend as points, with one point equating to one rupee. Added benefits include bonus points on birthdays and anniversaries, early access to curated events, and exclusive deals from partners.
BIAL has introduced festive offers
To celebrate its launch, BIAL has introduced festive offers aligned with Dasara and Diwali. Passengers shopping or dining at the airport until October 26 can receive up to 1,000 additional bonus points on top of their standard earnings. These promotions are designed to encourage travellers to explore a wider range of services available at the airport.
The loyalty scheme is expected to transform routine airport interactions into rewarding experiences, encouraging passengers to view their time at the airport as part of their journey rather than just transit. Pulse Rewards will also feature year-round events, promotions, and experiential activities, giving members more opportunities to engage.
Registration for Pulse Rewards can be completed through the BLR Pulse app, enabling travellers to begin earning and redeeming points instantly across multiple airport touchpoints.
