MP Dr. C.N. Manjunath saves injured woman after road accident on Kanakapura Road in Bengaluru

BJP MP Dr. C.N. Manjunath rescued a woman injured in a road accident near Lakshmipura on Kanakapura Road. He gave first aid, called an ambulance, alerted hospital doctors, and ensured CT scan and continuous medical monitoring.

Bangalore Rural MP personally stopped, gave first aid, arranged ambulance, alerted hospital doctors, and monitored the victim’s condition hourly after a serious accident near Lakshmipura.

In a remarkable act of humanity and responsibility, Dr. C. N. Manjunath, BJP Member of Parliament from the Bangalore Rural Lok Sabha constituency, came to the rescue of a woman who was seriously injured in a road accident on Kanakapura Road on Saturday evening.

The accident occurred near Lakshmipura, when the woman was attempting to cross the road. A vehicle hit her, causing her to fall onto the road, resulting in a head injury with heavy bleeding. At that moment, Dr. Manjunath, who was travelling along the same stretch, noticed the incident and immediately stopped his vehicle.

Without delay, the MP rushed to the spot and provided first aid to the injured woman on-site, helping control the bleeding and stabilise her condition. Realising the seriousness of the injury, he promptly arranged for an ambulance and ensured that the victim was shifted safely to the hospital for further treatment.

Before the ambulance reached the hospital, Dr. Manjunath personally called the doctors at Dayananda Sagar Hospital, informing them about the patient’s condition. He explained that the woman had sustained a head injury due to the accident while crossing the road and stressed the urgent need for a CT scan to assess any internal damage. He specifically instructed the medical team to be prepared for immediate treatment upon her arrival.

Following her admission, doctors conducted the necessary medical examinations, including a CT scan, as advised. According to hospital sources, the woman’s condition is currently stable. Demonstrating continued concern, Dr. Manjunath has been personally monitoring her health status, checking on her condition every hour to ensure she receives proper medical attention.
