Bengaluru has been shaken by a disturbing road rage incident on Old Airport Road, where a man was dragged on the bonnet of a speeding car. The video of the reckless act went viral, sparking outrage and highlighting the growing menace of traffic violations in the city.
Eyewitnesses were horrified as a red Maruti Suzuki XL6 sped through traffic with the victim clinging to its bonnet, shouting for the driver to stop. Despite his cries, the driver continued at nearly 80 km/h, weaving past trucks and autos, ignoring signals, and endangering lives.
According to Bengaluru Traffic Police, the confrontation began after the car brushed against an auto-rickshaw, leading to an argument. As tensions escalated, the victim stood in front of the car, but the driver accelerated, causing him to fall onto the bonnet.
