With India’s startup ecosystem maturing over the past decade, GCCs now exhibit increased confidence in collaborating with local ventures. The summit will focus on enhancing this synergy, fostering an environment conducive to co-creation and technological advancement.
“Today’s India’s startups are more capable than ever, and GCCs are recognizing that,” said Jayashankar, Chairperson of the IIT Kanpur Alumni Association. “We must ensure the ease of collaboration and build an ecosystem where innovation and investment can thrive.”
Deeptech—featuring technologies like AI, IoT, and blockchain—will be a major theme at BIS, with expert panels dissecting its potential to shape India’s technological future. The summit will also spotlight how deeptechs can bridge innovation gaps, offering cost-effective and scalable solutions for GCCs compared to western markets.
BIS aims to pave the way for a stronger innovation-driven economy by enabling seamless collaboration among key stakeholders—industry leaders, tech entrepreneurs, and investors—thereby reinforcing India's position as a global innovation hub.
