Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 vs. Singham Again: Diwali box office clash confirmed

The much-anticipated Diwali box office clash between Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is now official. Despite a request to avoid the head-to-head release, Ajay Devgn and director Rohit Shetty have confirmed that Singham Again will stick to its Diwali release date, setting the stage for a major box office showdown.

Both films are highly anticipated, with Singham Again marking the third installment in the hit Singham series and the fifth entry in Shetty’s cop universe. The action-packed film boasts a star-studded cast, including Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and more. Meanwhile, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, a sequel to the 2022 hit horror-comedy, will see Vidya Balan returning to the franchise alongside Kartik Aaryan and Madhuri Dixit.

According to reports, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 producer Bhushan Kumar had approached Devgn and Shetty with a request to postpone their film’s release, but the duo declined, citing the film's previous delays. As a result, both movies will hit theaters on November 1, 2024.

This clash follows the three-way box office battle on Independence Day, which saw Stree 2 emerge as the winner. With both Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 commanding strong fan bases, the Diwali box office race promises to be a blockbuster event.
