Varthur Santosh, who had taken part in the last season of Bigg Boss and was arrested for possessing tiger claws, is now in another trouble. 

He now faces charges of transporting livestock illegally. It is learnt that Harish, special officer of SPCA has filed a complaint in this regard with the police. In this regard, he was even summoned to the police station and NCR was registered. He has even faced one round of investigation.

However, the SPCA officer is not happy with just an NCR being registered against. So he has asked the police to register an FIR and is even ready to approach the court if required. 

The case

Santosh is accused of transporting the Hallikar breed of cows from his farmhouse. It is learnt he transported as many as 9 cows in a single truck, thereby causing injury to the animals. 

Speaking to NewsFirst Prime, Harish said, “He has violated rules related to transportation. A video in this regard was sent to this. They had even written an email to Menaka Gandhi. An NCR has been filed now. The FIR process is in court now. Presently, the court is busy. We will follow and update.”
