In a significant relief for the team behind Bigg Boss Kannada Season 11, a court has stayed an order canceling the show’s license. With the grand finale just days away, the show faced a potential disruption after complaints alleged it was being conducted without proper permissions.

The controversy stems from the location of the show—a massive set erected at Survey No. 128/1 in Ramohalli, on the outskirts of Bengaluru. Raghavendra Achar filed a complaint with the Bangalore City District Magistrate, claiming the production lacked necessary approvals from the Labour Department, Environmental Pollution Board, and the local Gram Panchayat.
Following the complaint, officials from the Bangalore City Zilla Panchayat conducted an inspection of the site. Subsequently, Zilla Panchayat CEO Lathakumari issued an order canceling the show’s license. This decision created uncertainty around the ongoing season, sparking concerns among the production team and fans alike.
In response, the Bigg Boss management moved the court, challenging the cancellation order. The court intervened by granting a stay, allowing the show to continue uninterrupted. Copies of the stay order have been provided to the Bigg Boss team, Kumbalagodu police, and Zilla Panchayat officials.
As the finale approaches, contestants remain engrossed in intense tasks, while the production team breathes a sigh of relief, ensuring the season concludes without further legal hurdles.
