There has been an abundance of controversies in the tenth season of Bigg Boss Kannada. One of Drone Prathap’s statements has become a cause for controversy. His accusation on officials pertaining to harrasment for flouting quarantine rules during the Covid-19 pandemic is the source of the controversy.
During the show he claimed to have been physically abused. He claimed that the officer also reminded him that his sister’s marriage is due. He claimed that his parents were also troubled on this occasion.
The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) officer Dr Prayag who was assigned with handling Prathap’s case has brushed aside his allegations.
He stated that Drone Prathap always wants to be in the news. “He always wants to be the centre of attention. This need for attention is a disease. Nobody touched him. Everything he has stated is a lie,” he stated.
Prathap had made the same accusation while he was quarantined as well. He claimed to have been harassed by the officials during this phase.

Dr Prayag mentioned that he intends to take a legal route to teach a lesson to Drone Prathap. No matter who is on the right it can be said that Prathap has brought in some uninvited problems on himself.
