The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Bengaluru Branch Office is set to commemorate World Consumer Rights Day on Tuesday, March 18, with a dedicated awareness event. The celebration aims to emphasize the significance of consumer protection and highlight the role of BIS in ensuring product quality and consumer safety in Karnataka.

The event will take place at the BIS Training Hall, located opposite Jalahalli Metro Station in Peenya. The initiative aligns with global efforts to educate consumers about their rights, promote informed decision-making, and reinforce trust in certified products.
