Prajwal has consulted legal experts

The Indian National Congress (INC) candidate from the Uttara Kannada Lok Sabha constituency Anjali Nimbalkar took a jibe at the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) candidate Prajwal Revanna during one of her speeches. Speaking at a program in Karwar, Anjali said, “Due to the BJP-JDS alliance, the Ujjwal scheme providing LPG for women has been replaced by the Prajwal scheme.” 

The SIT investigation pertaining to the obscene videos supposedly recorded by Prajwal Revanna is ongoing. Prajwal took to the microblogging site X (formerly known as Twitter) to claim that the truth in this case will soon come out. He gave a statement 4 days after a case was registered against him in Holenarsipur. He has consulted legal experts and is looking at the legal options in front of him. Many accusations are being made on him. Prajwal reportedly left for Germany as soon as the accusations surfaced. He has now indicated that he is ready to face the charges.

The pressure on the Central Government to take measures to ensure his return is increasing by the day. Prajwal is believed to have booked a return ticket to Bengaluru from Germany at the time of booking a flight to Germany.
