Blinkit has launched a temporary 100-square-foot store at the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj to cater to the needs of millions of pilgrims and tourists attending the event. The store, which opened on January 17, is designed to provide essential items for visitors and ensure seamless delivery to key locations within the event site.

Blinkit CEO Albinder Dhindsa shared the news on X, stating, "Today we've opened a temporary Blinkit store in Maha Kumbh Mela, Prayagraj to serve pilgrims and tourists. This one is a 100 sq ft store which will be delivering in Arail Tent City, Dome City, ITDC Luxury Camp, Devrakh, and other key areas of the Maha Kumbh Mela." The store aims to ease the experience for attendees by offering a range of products, including pooja essentials, milk, curd, fruits, vegetables (for both consumption and donations), as well as chargers, power banks, towels, blankets, bedsheets, and Triveni Sangam Jal bottles.

The Maha Kumbh Mela, the world's largest religious congregation, began on January 13 and will run until February 26.
