The agreement not only promises better mobile coverage for lakhs of daily commuters but also generates additional revenue for BMRCL. The network upgrade will initially cover Reach-5 from Bommasandra to RV Road and Reach-6 from Kalena Agrahara to Nagawara (Pink Line). It is also being extended to other under-construction metro sections.

Passengers can expect seamless network access inside metros, enabling them to make uninterrupted calls, browse the internet, or use digital payment systems with ease. The service is aimed at making metro travel smarter, more connected, and commuter-friendly.
