The Karnataka Bulldozers, led by actor Kiccha Sudeep, registered a thrilling victory against the Telugu Warriors in the second match of the 2025 Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar inaugurated the tournament, setting the stage for an action-packed competition.

Telugu Warriors’ captain Akhil won the toss and opted to field first. The Karnataka Bulldozers faced an early setback as Rajeev Hanu was dismissed for just one run. However, actor Darling Krishna turned the game around with a blistering knock, scoring 80 off just 39 balls, including five fours and five towering sixes. His aggressive batting helped Karnataka Bulldozers post a competitive total of 113 runs in the first 10 overs.

In the second innings, Karnataka faced another early collapse, with captain Kiccha Sudeep walking off injured after scoring 14 runs. Despite this, Karan Aryan (34) and Rajeev Hanu (26) steadied the innings, leading the team to 123 runs.

Chasing 237, Telugu Warriors fell short, managing 99 runs in the first innings and 91 in the second. Though captain Akhil impressed with a half-century off 31 balls, his team struggled to maintain momentum.
In the tournament opener, Chennai Rhinos clashed with Bengal Tigers, setting the stage for an exciting season ahead.
