CCTV footage at murder spot exposes actor Darshan and accomplices in shocking assault case

CCTV footage is believed to play a pivotal role in the arrest and conviction of actor Darshan and associates in connection with the gruesome murder of Renukaswamy. The investigation, led by the Annapurneshwari Police Station, has unveiled startling details, revealing a meticulously planned attack that went awry due to the accused's oversight.

The incident centers around Renukaswamy, who was allegedly targeted due to his comments and obscene messages to Pavitra Gowda. Sources indicate that the altercation was captured on two of the seven CCTV cameras installed in the shed, which is rented by a bank and owned by a private individual. The footage is believed to clearly show Darshan, Pavitra Gowda, and their accomplices assaulting Renukaswamy.

Despite their elaborate plan, the assailants, reportedly under the influence of alcohol intoxication, overlooked the presence of the surveillance cameras. Vinay, who had control over the godown, also failed to recall the installation of the CCTV system. This crucial lapse has provided investigators with irrefutable evidence, leading to the arrests.
