Celebrities including Shilpa Shetty, Salman Khan and Nita Ambani celebrate Ganesh Visarjan

On Sunday, several Bollywood celebrities celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi Visarjan, marking the farewell to Lord Ganpati with heartfelt devotion and fanfare. Among them was actress Shilpa Shetty, who along with her husband Raj Kundra, family, and friends, bid a grand farewell to their beloved Gannu Raja. Sharing glimpses of the event on Instagram, Shilpa expressed her emotions, writing, "Never easy to say goodbye to our Gannu Raja, we bid him farewell with heavy hearts, but full of gratitude and love. Can't wait to welcome you next year."

The festivities extended to the residence of Salman Khan’s sister, Arpita Khan, where Salman Khan and his family joined in the celebrations. Photos and videos from the occasion showcased Salman performing the Ganesh aarti alongside his niece Ayat and other children. The gathering included other family members such as Salim Khan, Arbaaz Khan, Sohail Khan, Arhaan Khan, Alizeh Agnihotri, and Iulia Vantur, who were all present for the joyous occasion.

The Ambani family also hosted an elaborate Ganesh Visarjan ceremony. Friends and family participated in a grand procession in Mumbai. The newlywed couple, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, captured attention during the celebration, becoming the highlight of the event. The entire city united in bidding a warm farewell to Lord Ganpati, with promises of welcoming him again next year.
