In the Legislators’ Cabinet Meeting which was held on July 15th, a decision to furnish the 7th State Pay Commission’s final report was taken.
The meeting helmed by CM Siddaramaiah took place in the evening of July 15th. The furnishing of the 7th State Pay Commission’s final report was one of the agendas of the meeting. The long pending demand of the employees of the Karnataka State Government was addressed through this agenda.

In the month of March in the year of 2023, an interim salary hike of 17% was granted to employees. As per the recommendations of the 7th State Pay Commission, a 10.5% increase in the salary of the employees will come into place.
