Former MP and accused in the obscene video case, Prajwal Revanna, was produced before the court of Judge Santosh Gajanan Bhat by the CID. Prajwal Revanna faced questioning over certain technical pieces of evidence central to the ongoing investigation.

The court focused specifically on location details allegedly tied to the accused, particularly the Holenarasipura farmhouse, which has come under the scanner. Lawyers from both sides argued over whether Google Maps data can be treated as valid evidence without an official confirmation from Google itself.
Another major point of contention was the Samsung mobile phone allegedly used to record or store sensitive evidence. The judge noted that the phone was reportedly not in the accused's possession on the key date cited by investigators, weakening its evidentiary value.
CID officers, however, claimed the mobile was properly recovered and documented during the mahazar (spot inspection). The judge clarified that the court only requires clarifications, not full arguments, at this stage.
The final order has been reserved for August 1st.
