Giant screen would also be designated for this purpose

The excitement for the World Cup final between India and Australia in the Narendra Modi stadium in Ahmedabad is at an all time high across the nation. It is in light of this that Chief Minister of Karnataka Siddaramaiah has directed all government owned public sports stadiums in the state of Karnataka to screen the game live on November 19th. A giant screen would also be designated for this purpose. Citizens can look for designated stadiums in their vicinity to seep in the joy of the moment.

A game can be viewed within the four walls of a house but to come together as a unit gives a festive approach to the event and imbibes a sense of community. This can be beneficial especially for young children.

Siddaramiah and Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka, DK Shivakumar had attended the game between Australia and Pakistan in the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on 20th October and even received a thunderous reception from the crowd.

Meanwhile, India have been put into bat after having lost the toss. Both the teams have gone with an unchanged squad into the game. The last time the world cup was held in India, Rohit Sharma was left out of the squad. He has come a long way to now lead the team into the final.
