In the midst of a turbulent phase in his personal and legal life, Kannada actor Darshan was seen visiting temples with his wife Vijayalakshmi, even as the Supreme Court prepares to deliver its verdict on the cancellation of his bail in the Renukaswamy murder case. The couple recently undertook a spiritual pilgrimage to the revered Kamakhya Temple in Assam, one of the 51 Shakti Peethas, fulfilling a vow made during Darshan’s earlier custody.

This temple visit marks a moment of faith and hope for Darshan’s family as they pray for a favorable outcome in the top court. Vijayalakshmi had earlier visited the temple alone, seeking divine intervention when Darshan was behind bars. She vowed to return with her husband if he was released on bail, a promise they have now fulfilled ahead of a critical Supreme Court hearing.

Meanwhile, the Darshan controversy continues to intensify. Actress Ramya has filed a police complaint alleging online abuse and threats by Darshan’s fans. Cybercrime police visited her residence in Richmond Town and recorded her statement, also gathering data on abusive pages and threatening phone calls.

Actor Pratham has also taken a strong stand against fan abuse. He submitted a complaint to the SP of Bengaluru Rural and warned that he would begin a hunger strike. Pratham stated that if any harm comes to him, Darshan should be held accountable.

As tensions rise, the Supreme Court is expected to announce its verdict soon, following recent arguments in the case. With growing pressure from legal cases, public backlash, and industry divides, Darshan’s future now hinges on the court’s decision.
