Darshan, accused in the brutal murder of pharmacy store owner Renukaswamy, remains in judicial custody at Parappana Agrahara. His wife, Vijayalakshmi, has taken an active role in securing his release, working tirelessly to obtain bail for her husband.

Renukaswamy was allegedly killed after sending inappropriate messages to Pavitra Gowda, Darshan’s close associate. The gruesome crime involved kidnapping Renukaswamy, severely beating him in a shed, and then disposing of his body in a drain.

In response to these allegations, Vijayalakshmi has sought the expertise of renowned criminal lawyer CV Nagesh. Sources indicate that Nagesh is likely to file a bail petition in the lower court soon. If the petition is rejected, the defense plans to escalate the matter to the high court.

However, the prospects of securing bail appear grim. The police have charged Darshan with serious offenses, including murder, extortion, and kidnapping. These grave accusations significantly diminish the likelihood of a favorable outcome in the bail hearings.

Vijayalakshmi remains undeterred, committed to proving her husband's innocence and securing his release. The case continues to draw public attention due to its severe nature and the involvement of prominent legal figures. As the legal battle unfolds, all eyes will be on the court's decisions regarding Darshan's bail plea.
