The highly anticipated Deadpool and Wolverine, starring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, has officially begun streaming globally, but Indian fans are still in for a wait. While the blockbuster film is available on premium video-on-demand (PVOD) platforms like Prime Video, Apple TV+, and VUDU worldwide as of October 1, its release in India remains uncertain.

Currently, the movie is not yet available for free streaming on Disney+, though it is expected to land there soon. Marvel films typically transition from PVOD to subscription-based video-on-demand (SVOD) on Disney+ around two to four weeks after their initial digital release. Fans across India are eagerly awaiting confirmation of when the film will hit Disney+ Hotstar.

Although no official release date has been provided, reports suggest that Deadpool and Wolverine may be available for streaming on Disney+ Hotstar later this month. Given the pattern of previous Marvel releases, the film is almost certain to debut on Hotstar, but the exact date remains under wraps.
