Deepika Padukone admitted to Mumbai's HN Reliance Hospital

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, renowned for her performances in films like Ram Leela, has been admitted to Mumbai’s HN Reliance Hospital now.

Accompanied by her husband, actor Ranveer Singh, the couple’s presence sparked speculation that the actress could be preparing for the delivery of their first child. While paparazzi gathered outside the hospital, the couple managed to avoid being photographed.

According to an IANS report, the actress may deliver sooner than expected, with a possible C-section being discussed. However, it remains unclear if the visit was a routine check-up or if Deepika has been admitted for the delivery itself. The couple announced the pregnancy earlier this year in February, sharing the exciting news with their fans on Instagram.

Just a day before, the pair made a visit to the Siddhi Vinayak temple in Mumbai to seek blessings ahead of Ganesh Chaturthi. Deepika donned a traditional teal Benarasi saree for the occasion, while Ranveer was spotted in a beige kurta set.

Fans eagerly await further updates, as the couple, who wed in a private ceremony at Lake Como in 2018, are now entering a new chapter in their lives as parents. Deepika is expected to return to work in 2025 after maternity leave.
