Bollywood star Deepika Padukone and her husband, actor Ranveer Singh, recently welcomed their first child, a baby girl, on September 8. According to reports from Bollywood Life, Deepika might follow in Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s footsteps by choosing not to hire a nanny and instead opting to be a hands-on mother for her little princess.

Additionally, reports suggest that the couple could adopt a no-photo policy similar to Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, and Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli. This means they may keep their daughter away from the public eye for now, only introducing her when they feel the time is right. However, News18 Showsha has not confirmed the authenticity of these reports.
Deepika and Ranveer announced the birth of their daughter on Instagram with a simple yet heartwarming post, “Welcome baby girl.”
Celebrities from across Bollywood were quick to shower love and congratulations on the couple. Alia Bhatt, Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas, Katrina Kaif, and Kareena Kapoor, among others, sent heartfelt wishes to the new parents. Kareena Kapoor wrote, “Congratulations mommy and daddy ❤️❤️ from saifu and Beboo… God bless the little angel.”
