The much-anticipated road trip film Jee Le Zaraa, directed by Farhan Akhtar and starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Katrina Kaif, and Alia Bhatt, continues to face delays, with the primary issue being scheduling conflicts. The film, announced in 2021, was initially set to begin production in 2022, but has yet to commence.

In a recent interview with The Lallantop, Alia Bhatt addressed the delays, remaining optimistic about the project’s future. “The film is definitely happening,” she confirmed. “All the key players—actors, producers, and the director—are eager to make it, but we are facing logistical challenges in aligning everyone’s dates.”

Alia emphasized that despite these obstacles, there is strong intent among the cast and crew to make Jee Le Zaraa a reality. “Everyone has it in their mind that the film must be made. It’s just a matter of getting everyone’s schedules in sync,” she added.

Farhan Akhtar had previously spoken about similar difficulties in coordinating the cast’s busy calendars, contributing to the delay.

Meanwhile, Alia also spoke briefly about her shelved film Inshallah with Salman Khan, expressing hope that it might be revived in the future. Currently, she is working on a different project with director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, titled Love and War.
