Devara: Part 1, the highly anticipated action drama, made a significant splash at the box office on its opening day, raking in ₹77 crore across all languages, according to industry tracker Sacnilk. The film, directed by Koratala Siva, recorded a remarkable 79.56% occupancy in Telugu theaters.

Starring Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor in lead roles, the film features Saif Ali Khan as the formidable villain Bhairava, alongside a talented cast including Shruti Marathe, Zarina Wahab, and Talluri Rameswari. Produced by Sudhakar Mikkilineni, Kosaraju Harikrishna, and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram under the banners of Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts, Devara: Part 1 has generated considerable buzz leading up to its release.
In promotional interviews, Jr NTR shared insights into the film’s ambitious production, revealing that the team dedicated 30 to 35 days to underwater sequences. “We initially considered shooting in Kapoli, known for its large pools, but ultimately decided to create a custom pool in the studio to enhance our action scenes,” he explained.
The film’s strong opening and elaborate production choices have positioned it as a key contender in the current cinematic landscape, capturing the attention of audiences and critics alike.
