Netflix has announced the release of its highly anticipated thriller Do Patti, featuring Bollywood stars Kajol and Kriti Sanon, set to premiere on October 25, 2024. Directed by debutant filmmaker Kanika Dhillon, the film promises a suspense-filled narrative that has left fans eagerly awaiting its release.

This will be Kajol and Kriti Sanon’s second collaboration after their roles as sisters in Dilwale. In Do Patti, Kajol plays a seasoned police officer, while Kriti takes on the role of a mysterious murder suspect. The dynamic between the two characters forms the heart of the film, which is set in the fictional town of Devipur, nestled in the picturesque hills of Uttarakhand.

A teaser, recently released, offers a glimpse into the tension that will unfold, with Kajol’s character confronting Kriti in a dimly lit café. The scene ends with Kriti cryptically saying, “The secrets will be revealed on October 25.”

The plot revolves around two sisters, each hiding dark secrets, while a determined inspector works to unravel the truth in a complex murder case. Produced by Kriti Sanon, Kanika Dhillon, and Netflix, Do Patti also stars Shaheer Sheikh. With its gripping storyline and strong cast, the film is expected to be one of the standout releases of the year.
