Reprosci organized a pivotal event titled ‘Driving Outcomes in the Health Sector with Emerging Tech,’ focusing on how technology can transform healthcare education and practice. The event featured key industry experts who discussed the role of simulation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and innovative platforms in addressing the global healthcare workforce crisis.

Dr. Vikas LK, a simulation strategist, emphasized the efficiency of simulation in medical training. “When we look at students learning using a simulator, what takes 5-6 hours, happens in just 6-7 minutes,” he stated, highlighting how simulation can accelerate the learning process and improve practical skills in a controlled environment. 

Honey J, Head of Learning and Organizational Development (COE), spoke on the importance of AI in personalizing training for healthcare professionals. “AI plays a great role in understanding and customising the training needs for different individuals. It also takes care of healthcare professionals to keep track of health needs in the future,” she noted, underscoring AI’s potential in creating tailored educational experiences and enhancing future healthcare outcomes.

In response to the global shortage of skilled medical professionals, Reprosci unveiled its advanced medical education platform. This platform integrates cutting-edge technology with real-world simulations to bridge training gaps and support the recruitment and retention of healthcare workers. The initiative aims to address critical challenges in achieving universal healthcare access by enhancing clinical skills and knowledge globally.
