Does the medical report substantiate Darshan’s claim of food poisoning?

Sandalwood actor Darshan also referred to as the Challenging Star has had difficulty in adjusting to the food being served to him at the Parappana Agrahara Prison. He had filed a writ petition requesting for home made food in the light of supposed medical complications he had developed as a result of consuming the food being served to him in jail. 

In light of the arguments produced in front of the court, 3 doctors conducted a medical examination of Darshan. The medical examination did not find that Darshan was suffering from Diarrhoea as claimed by him. The food poisoning claim was also not proved.

However his claim of having pain in his hip joint was substantiated. This was however claimed to have been cured. He is said to have received medical aid for this predicament. He is also believed to have been suffering from a burning sensation in his back. The medical report suggested that he is receiving treatment for the same. Currently, Darshan is apparently reeling from viral fever. 

As per the current scenario, Darshan would have to make do with food being provided to him in jail until July 25th. The further course of action will be decided in the Magistrate Court on July 25th.
