The chargesheet details that during the attack on June 9, Gowda allegedly told the other accused, “Don’t leave him, kill him,” provoking them to carry out the fatal assault. This statement, combined with her active participation in the attack, further implicates her in the premeditated murder. Both Gowda and actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, who is also implicated in the case, were reportedly present at the crime scene.

The chargesheet also alleges that the accused documented the entire assault, photographing the brutal events as they unfolded. Renukaswamy was not only beaten but also subjected to electrocution, further highlighting the severity of the attack. The victim’s postmortem revealed signs of torture, including multiple injuries and severe trauma.

Darshan, Pavitra Gowda, and 15 others have been arrested and are currently in custody. Gowda’s role in the incident, especially her alleged directive to kill, has drawn significant attention as the investigation continues. The police are pursuing all leads to ensure justice is served for the heinous crime.
