Dulquer Salman has a commanding presence in the King of Kotha trailer

King of Kotha starring Dulquer Salman and Aishwarya Lekshmi as the leads is set to hit the theatres on Onam, which is on the 20th of August. The trailer of the film was released on Youtube on 10th August. 

The film promises to be an action- filled adrenaline pumping experience set in the fictional town of Kotha. Dulquer Slman portrays the role of Raju who is a popular figure across the town of Kotha and always had aspirations of becoming a notorious goon. Aishwarya Lekshmi plays his love interest. The film seems to delve into the dynamics of a drug peddling racket. 

The film also stars other stalwarts such as Shoubin Shahir, Chemban Vinod Jose, Prasanna, Anikha Surendran and Nyla Usha. The film is being directed by Abhilash Joshiy who happens to be a childhood friend of Dulquer Salman. 

The trailer crossed more than 3 million views within 6 hours of its release and it was also a top trending topic on Twitter.
