In return, Embassy REIT has secured naming rights for 30 years, along with advertising and commercial space within the station. The facility will be officially called Embassy TechVillage Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station.

The station is part of the 17-km ORR metro corridor spanning from Central Silk Board to KR Pura, which includes 16 stations. This stretch, falling under Phase-2A of the Bengaluru Metro project, is expected to boost connectivity across major commercial hubs, office parks, and residential areas in the city’s IT corridor.

BMRCL officials welcomed the partnership, emphasizing its role in accelerating infrastructure development and promoting sustainable urban mobility. Embassy REIT sees the project as an opportunity to contribute to Bengaluru’s public transport network while enhancing real estate value in the vicinity.

With traffic congestion being a major challenge, the ORR metro corridor aims to provide a faster and more efficient transit option, reducing dependence on private vehicles and supporting the city’s expanding urban infrastructure.
