Actress and Bigg Boss Kannada fame Divya Suresh has been accused of a late-night hit-and-run incident in Bengaluru’s Byatarayanapura area, leaving a woman seriously injured.

Actress and Bigg Boss Kannada fame Divya Suresh has landed in legal trouble after being booked in a hit-and-run case for allegedly ramming her car into a bike and fleeing the spot without stopping to help the injured. The late-night accident occurred around 1:30 AM on October 4 near MM Road in Byatarayanapura, Bengaluru.

According to the police, Divya Suresh was driving her car at high speed when it crashed into a bike carrying three people, Kiran and his relatives Anusha and Anita, who were on their way to the hospital. The impact of the collision threw all three off the bike, leaving Anita with a serious knee fracture.

Reports suggest that the accident happened when the riders swerved slightly to avoid barking stray dogs, just as Divya’s car sped from behind and hit them. Instead of stopping, the actress allegedly drove away from the scene, leaving the injured on the road.

The victims were rushed to Ashwini Hospital, where doctors confirmed Anita had suffered a bone fracture. A complaint was later filed by Kiran at the Byatarayanapura Traffic Police Station on October 7. Based on CCTV footage, police identified the vehicle number and confirmed it was driven by Divya Suresh.

The car has since been seized, and legal action has been initiated under applicable traffic and criminal laws. Police sources confirmed that the investigation is still underway.
