“My Body Isn’t a Topic for Discussion”: Kiccha Sudeep’s daughter Saanvi bold stand!

After facing online trolling over her appearance following the success of the song Mast Malaika, Saanvi Sudeep has issued a strong response to negative comments, days after actor Kiccha Sudeep defended her.

Saanvi Sudeep, daughter of Kannada superstar Kiccha Sudeep, has spoken out firmly against online trolls who targeted her with body-shaming comments, stating clearly that her body is not a topic for public discussion.

The issue surfaced amid an ongoing fan rivalry in Sandalwood, at a time when Sudeep’s film ‘Mark’ was released. Saanvi lent her voice to the film’s song ‘Masth Malaika’, which quickly gained popularity and went viral. With the song’s success, Saanvi also came into the spotlight, but not without facing harsh and inappropriate criticism online.

Some social media users posted negative comments about her appearance, while others circulated videos of her visiting theatres to watch Mark, using them to troll and body-shame her. The posts drew widespread attention and criticism.

Reacting to the controversy earlier, Kiccha Sudeep had dismissed the trolls, saying he does not lose sleep over such comments. He added that his daughter is intelligent and confident and will grow much higher than him in life.

Following her father’s remarks, Saanvi Sudeep directly responded to the trolls, expressing her anger over the remarks made about her body. “My body is not your subject for discussion. If I ever need your opinion, I will ask for it myself,” she said, sending out a clear message against body shaming.
