PRK Fandom App set to launch on October 25, with special video voiced by Kiccha Sudeep

A new app dedicated to the late actor Puneeth Rajkumar, beloved across Karnataka and the Kannada film industry, will be launched on October 25. Named the PRK Fandom App, this initiative aims to honour Puneeth’s legacy and bring his fans closer to his life and work. Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar, Puneeth's wife, made the announcement today, accompanied by a heartwarming video narrated by renowned actor Kiccha Sudeep.

Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar to grace app’s launch 

The app’s launch will be graced by Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar, who has been invited as the special guest for the event. Ashwini shared the 3-minute, 21-second video on X, where Sudeep’s voice-over encapsulates the essence of Puneeth’s life and contributions. In his narration, Sudeep fondly recalls Puneeth's roots, describing him as "the royal flower that bloomed in the flower garden of Karnataka." He further honours Puneeth’s achievements, from winning a National Award at a young age to becoming a hero and a beloved figure for millions.

The video speaks to the irreplaceable void left by Puneeth’s untimely passing, while also celebrating his enduring influence. The PRK Fandom App will be the first-ever app dedicated to a star and the Kannada film industry, and fans across the globe can now become a part of this tribute.
