According to sources, the wedding took place early Monday morning at the Ling Bhairavi Temple within the Isha Yoga Centre. The ceremony remained strictly private, with only 30 guests in attendance. Samantha was seen in a traditional red saree, keeping the event simple and intimate.
Rumours about the duo’s growing closeness have circulated since early 2024, gaining momentum as Samantha frequently shared pictures featuring Raj on social media. Over the weekend, speculation intensified after late-night online chatter hinted at a possible wedding. Adding to the buzz, Raj’s former wife Sshyamali De posted a cryptic Instagram story reading, “Desperate people do desperate things,” which drew widespread attention. The two had reportedly ended their marriage in 2022.
Samantha, who was previously married to actor Naga Chaitanya, parted ways after four years. Chaitanya later married actor Sobhita Dhulipala. Raj, part of the celebrated director duo Raj & DK, has worked on several acclaimed productions and has maintained a low-profile personal life since his divorce.
