In a deeply distressing incident, a woman named Chandini, battling a rare illness known as Hypereosinophilic Syndrome allegedly attempted suicide following unfulfilled promises of medical assistance by the government. Chandini, who had been relying on government assurances for her treatment expenses, was reportedly devastated when authorities took a U-turn and backed out of their commitment.

According to sources, the government had earlier assured Chandini that her hospital bills and treatment would be covered. However, as the treatment progressed and bills mounted, the support began to fade, leaving the family in financial and emotional turmoil. The withdrawal of this support left Chandini heartbroken and helpless.
Unable to bear the burden of disappointment, Chandini recorded a video in which she squarely blamed the government for driving her to the brink. In the same video, she sought forgiveness from her child before attempting to end her life by hanging.
Fortunately, her husband arrived just in time and managed to rescue her. By then, Chandini had lost consciousness due to the noose. She was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where she is currently receiving treatment.
