The exit polls conducted by various agencies such as People's Pulse, P-Marq, Matriz, People's Insight, and JYC's Poll show BJP leading with a significant margin. People's Pulse predicts BJP to win between 51 to 60 seats out of 70, while P-Marq estimates a slightly lower range of 39 to 49 seats. Matriz suggests BJP might clinch 35 to 40 seats, whereas People's Insight and JYC's Poll both forecast a similar range of 40 to 44 and 39 to 45 seats respectively for BJP.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), which has been a significant player in Delhi politics, is projected to secure between 10 to 37 seats according to different polls. The highest projection for AAP comes from Matriz at 32-37 seats, while the lowest is from People's Pulse at 10-19 seats.
The Congress party (CONG) and other parties (OTH) seem to have minimal influence in this election cycle, with projections showing Congress possibly winning 0 to 2 seats and other parties not expected to win any seats at all.
These exit polls indicate a strong likelihood of BJP forming the government in New Delhi, with AAP as the primary opposition. The final results will be keenly watched as they could influence the political dynamics not just in Delhi but across India. Stay tuned for the official results.
