In a harrowing case unfolding in New Jersey, chilling details emerged during the trial of Christopher Gregor, 31, accused of forcing his six-year-old son, Corey Micciolo, to run on a treadmill days before the child's tragic death in 2021. Surveillance footage played in court depicted the heart-wrenching scene of Corey struggling to maintain balance on the treadmill as his father, Christopher Gregor, repeatedly forced him to run. Shockingly, at one point, Gregor appeared to bite his son on the back of the head before compelling him to continue running.

Corey's mother, Breanna Micciolo, broke down in tears as she watched the distressing gym footage during Tuesday's trial. Days after the incident, Breanna noticed injuries on Corey and reported them to authorities. Tragically, Corey passed away after experiencing severe symptoms, including stumbling, slurred speech, and nausea, prompting an urgent hospital visit where he suffered a fatal seizure.

An initial autopsy revealed Corey's cause of death as "blunt force injuries" with cardiac and liver contusions, further underscoring the horrifying extent of the alleged abuse. Christopher Gregor faces murder charges and, if convicted, could spend life in prison for the heinous crimes committed against his own son.
