The suicide of producer Soundarya Jagadish has shocked the entire Sandalwood industry. Ever since the news broke out during the afternoon on 14th April, many working in the industry along with fans and friends have reached to pay a final visit before the cremation. The final rite is scheduled to take place on April 15th. 

Soundarya Jagadish was renowned as an entrepreneur and a producer. He had popularity owing to his work. He was a common name in almost all of the programs conducted in relation to the Sandalwood industry. He is also remembered as a loving family man. These aspects of his personality has made it hard for everyone to digest the fact that he committed suicide.

Among those who visited his residence were Sandalwood actors Darshan Thoogudeepa and Upendra. They are believed to have had very close ties with Soundarya and his family. They offered their condolences during these testing times. 

At 11AM on April 15th, the final rites may take place. The event has been planned in a farmhouse in Hirasave village located in the Channarayapatna Taluk of the Hassan district of Karnataka. Preparations are being made to ensure that there are no hiccups during the event.
