FIR filed against Big Boss OTT Season 2 winner Elvish Yadav over alleged possession of snakes

Winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2, Elvish Yadav has found himself caught in a legal scandal. This is pertaining to a rave party in Sector-49 in Noida that was subject to a police raid. 20 ml of Snake venom and 9 poisonous snakes (5 cobra, 1 python, 1 two-headed snake, 1 Rat Snake) were reportedly recovered from the raid. It is being speculated that snake venom was used in these parties. 

This was brought to the notice of the Animal Welfare Department by a Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) named People For Animals. This NGO is associated with former Union Minister of Women & Child Development from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Maneka Gandhi. It came to the NGO’s notice that in the farmhouses videos were being recorded with the snakes and snake venom. It is being reported that foreign women were invited to the farmhouses and were given snake venom along with other intoxicants. Members of the NGO posed as customers to get in touch with the individuals. 

Affiliates of Elvish Yadav namely Rahul, Titunath, Jayakaran, Narayan, Ravinath are currently in police custody after a First Information Report (FIR) was filed against them. The FIR also has a mention of Elvish Yadav.
