To accommodate rehearsals, the inauguration, and the air displays associated with the event, airspace in Bengaluru will be closed for a total of 47 hours. These closures, averaging three hours at a time, are scheduled in the mornings and afternoons.

As per the Notice to Airmen (NOTAM), flight disruptions are expected during the following times:

  • February 5-8: 9 AM–12 PM and 2 PM–5 PM
  • February 9: 9 AM–12 PM
  • February 10: 9 AM–12 PM and 2 PM–4 PM
  • February 11-12: 12 PM–3 PM

KIA’s proximity to Yelahanka, the event venue, necessitates these restrictions for safety during the high-profile aviation showcase. Passengers are advised to check with airlines for flight updates and plan their travel accordingly.

Aero India 2025 will feature cutting-edge aerospace technology and defense equipment, attracting global participation and spectators.
