Florida resident Nathanael Farrelly, a registered nurse by profession, has retired at the age of 29 after selling his home infusion therapy company, Revitalize, for $12.5 million (approximately Rs 106 crore). Farrelly launched the business in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic to meet rising demand for in-home treatments such as intravenous antibiotics and medications. His venture quickly gained traction, supplying nurses for at-home care across the state.

Despite early acquisition interest from private equity firms, Farrelly chose to hold off on selling, believing the timing wasn’t right. Over the next few years, he built Revitalize into a scalable business but eventually recognized the limitations of further growth without external support. In 2023, he sold the company to one of the largest infusion providers in the United States.

Farrelly remained with the firm for 18 months post-sale, ensuring a smooth transition. Now with a net worth of approximately $14 million (around Rs 119 crore), he has taken a self-described “family sabbatical.” The young entrepreneur currently lives with his pregnant wife and their three children, soon to be four, choosing to dedicate his time fully to family life. His journey from frontline healthcare to entrepreneurial success highlights the evolving opportunities in the post-pandemic healthcare landscape.
