The new Bengaluru facility will serve as a centre of excellence, focused on advancing FM’s science and artificial intelligence capabilities. Designed to support global and regional operations, it aims to accelerate innovation in risk engineering and deliver enhanced resilience solutions for clients. The facility will also include a client experience centre, offering training and insights into FM’s scientific research and its approach to risk mitigation and loss prevention.
The centre is expected to play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration across FM’s global teams and supporting its clients across Asia and beyond.
In addition, FM will open a new sales office in Mumbai later this year, aiming to deepen engagement with key clients in India’s financial capital. These initiatives mark a significant expansion of FM’s Indian operations, which began in 2003.
Leading this expansion, Srini Krishnamurthy has been named senior vice president for FM India. Based in Bengaluru, he will oversee operations, infrastructure, and team growth, with plans underway to significantly scale FM’s workforce in the region.
