Senior politician and former Karnataka Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa marked his 82nd birthday with grand celebrations at his residence in Bengaluru. The veteran leader began his day by meeting party leaders, close friends, and well-wishers at his Dollars Colony home before heading to the Siddalingeshwara temple in Yediyur for special prayers at 2 PM.

His residence, "Davalagiri," was adorned with flowers, banners, and posters as supporters gathered to extend their wishes. Among the first to wish him were his sons, BJP state president B.Y. Vijayendra and MP B.Y. Raghavendra, who, along with their families, offered sweets and sought his blessings. In a heartfelt moment, Vijayendra and his wife paid homage at Yediyurappa’s feet.
A family photograph was taken at their decorated residence to commemorate the occasion. Several BJP leaders and party workers also visited to express their regards. The celebrations reflected Yediyurappa’s enduring influence in Karnataka politics, as supporters flocked to his residence to greet the leader.
