Even as Karnataka Home Minister Dr G Parameshwara visited parents of the deceased Renukaswamy, they have put forth four demands in order to get justice for their son.
- A government job for the wife of Renukaswamy
- Ensure there is no influence exerted on the investigation by the high and mighty
- Try the case in a fast-track court
- Help us in appointing our lawyers
Speaking to NewsFirst Prime Kashinathaiah, father of Renukaswamy said, ‘I am thankful to the entire state for standing with us during these trying times. We are also in consultation with our relatives to hire good lawyers.”

Earlier in the day, D Sudhakar, district-in-charge minister, BY Vijayendra, BJP State President also paid their visit to Renukaswamy’s house and offered condolences to the family members.
Presently, all the accused are under police custody. As they are being interrogated, A1 Pavitra Gowda has reportedly fallen ill and has been rushed to the hospital.
The case
Renukaswamy, a pharmacy worker was kidnapped and brought to Bengaluru, led into a shed and beaten black and blue over sending lewd messages to Pavitra Gowda. After he died, his body was disposed of in a drain. Darshan is A2 and Pavitra Gowda is A1 in this case.
