In a significant boost for the agricultural sector, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has announced a ₹1.52 lakh crore allocation in the 2024-25 budget. This substantial reserve aims to drive growth and innovation in rural areas, bringing promising news for the farming community.

A notable portion of the budget is dedicated to advancing agricultural research, emphasizing the need to enhance production through scientific methods.
